How is pricing calculated?

Simple Rollout is $25 per practitioner per month, billed monthly, with a $250 monthly minimum. You pay for each practitioner using Meddle on your team. Practices with fewer than 10 practitioners are billed at the minimum. Optional add-ons include SMS notifications and CRM integration; white labelling is priced on application. Larger clinics or multi-site practices can contact us for tailored pricing.

Is there a minimum number of practitioners?

Yes. Simple Rollout has a $250 monthly minimum. Solo practitioners and small teams pay the minimum until seat billing exceeds it at $25 per practitioner per month.

Simple Rollout includes scheduling, in-app reminders, and email notifications. SMS delivery is an optional add-on at $50 per practice per month, plus SMS usage charged at cost with no markup.

Which CRM platforms can you integrate with?

We support standard connectors for platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other supported CRMs at $50 per practice per month. Non-standard or bespoke CRM setups are quoted separately during onboarding.

What does white labelling include?

Accepted Answer

White labelling is priced on application (PoA). It typically includes your brand, custom domain, and patient- and practitioner-facing surfaces styled for your practice. Scope and pricing depend on your organisation — contact us to discuss multi-brand, app store, or fully bespoke rollouts.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

Simple Rollout has no setup fee and no long-term lock-in on the base plan. Standard add-ons are billed monthly alongside your plan. Custom integrations, multi-brand white labelling, or enterprise rollouts may include scoped setup fees — we will outline these before you commit.
